Powers and Abilities: Levi is known as "Humanity's Strongest" for his especial skill and proficiency as a soldier and fighter against the titans, and has killed more of them than any one person in Survey Corps history. As a descendent from the Ackerman family, he has an innate power that 'awakened' when he was young, which gives him intrinsic battle experience (not specific memories) of every other Ackerman that came before him, as well as heightened physical strength and agility well above the average person. Levi did not even know that he was part of this lineage until very recently for the canon point I have chosen.
What Did Your Character Wish For? To keep Erwin safe, so that he may continue to lead the Survey Corps and realize his dreams, for himself and for humanity.
What Potion Did They Receive? Blue / Healing - Levi will be able to heal by touch and tracing over the wound. If allowed, I think it would be interesting for him to have some sort of reciprocal effect, such as temporarily taking on that person's pain, or having a light mark or scar appear in the same place on his own body that fades after a few days.
Did They Drink It? Not yet, but he probably will eventually.

Character Questions:
1. Who is the person your character is most bonded with from their canon? Or who is someone they miss the most?

By far, Levi's most important personal relationship is with Erwin Smith, Commander of the Survey Corps. While their relationship began rather antagonistic - with Levi hired to assassinate Erwin in exchange for freedom from the underground slums - Erwin is the one who truly pulled him into the sunlight, and saw Levi's true potential as a soldier for humanity. Over the next several years, a deep trust develops between them, and Levi comes to have seemingly complete, unshakable faith in Erwin and his goals. This faith and trust allow him to follow Erwin's decisions as a commander, even if he does not always understand or agree with his reasoning. It also leaves room for Levi to question Erwin when he feels it necessary, to push back at him without fear of consequence. Despite their technical difference in rank, they are equals in their regard for one another. Erwin can trust in Levi's skill and leadership in his own right to operate independently when needed, because he knows that Levi has come to believe in his goals. To Levi, Erwin is the only one with the clearest vision for the successful survival and freedom of humanity, and has proven himself to be worthy of following at his side. Erwin was the one who found him capable, who gave him purpose and direction, and in return Levi has given him his loyalty.

2. What are they most afraid of?

Being one of the strongest people alive, Levi rarely has reason to fear directly for himself, even in the face of titans. He is still very aware of the fact that he is human and not infallible, however, and despite his strength and abilities, death is always a possibility. He has faced down monsters of all sorts, both titan and human, and defeated many.

Levi's fears lie elsewhere; fear that he may make the wrong decision, and people will die for it, perhaps needlessly. At the time in canon I have chosen, the Survey Corps are about to deploy out on one of their most dangerous missions yet. Despite his best efforts, Levi was not able to persuade Erwin from riding out with them, even though he is now missing his right arm. They are both aware that it is almost assuredly a death sentence, and Levi absolutely fears losing him - not just because Erwin is the person he trusts most, but because of what that would mean for the future ahead.

On a lighter note: filth and grime. Levi is fastidiously clean and hates being dirty, but will touch something 'gross' without hesitation if necessary, or to give comfort to a dying soldier.

3. What is their weakness? Emotionally, mentally and physically?

Levi can be a very walled-off individual, both internally and externally. This isn't to imply that he is unaware of his own emotions, but rather that he is very aware and usually makes specific decisions about what he allows himself. His life has been full of terror and trauma and loss, and so he has taken to being very careful about the bonds he forms with people, and how significant they can become. It is rare for him to exhibit outward emotions like happiness, or even smile. His compliments are praise are mild, but sincere. Despite his coarseness and questionable sense of humor, he still manages to command admiration and respect from his subordinates.

Because of his aloof manner, it would be easy to think that he doesn't care about people at all, but the truth is that he does care, deeply, and especially empathizes with people who are victims of oppression and abuse. He cares very much about people who have become his responsibility, and occasionally allows himself to form deeper attachments, but he likely shields the true extent of his own feelings from himself out of self-preservation. This care also does not stop him from making necessary sacrifices of people, if he believes the situation calls for it. Levi is ruthless and violent, and is willing to commit truly heinous acts such as torture if it will get him the desired results and if he believes such actions are justified. He can be driven to acts of brutal vengeance and rage if pushed. As one of the strongest people of his known world, Levi has less arrogance than most who would be in a similar position, but it definitely exists.

One could argue that Erwin himself is one of Levi's weaknesses - not necessarily in large part because Erwin is important to him, but because he believes that Erwin is important to humanity's survival. This doesn't mean that he follows him blindly, as Levi challenges and questions him frequently, but more that he possibly hasn't fully considered what it would mean in the event that Erwin does die.

4. What would make them happiest?

Above all, Levi wants Erwin to succeed in his goals, because that means that survival for humanity has succeeded. It would mean that there could be more possibilities for people to live happily and peacefully without the threat of the horrors that he and others have faced. He doesn't express his hopes for himself - arguably, Levi probably doesn't expect to live to see such a world exist. But he believes in Erwin's vision for the future, and that's what he's dedicated his life to.

5. What’s their type for a lover?

Canonically, Levi doesn't express any interest romantically or sexually - although when asked a similar question in an interview, the mangaka gave the answer of "well he's short, so I guess he'd like someone tall." My personal interpretation of Levi is that he is demisexual, and generally has little interest in sex until he has developed a significant bond with someone. He would likely have a difficult time with someone who didn't have some level of shared experience or understanding of the trauma he has lived through. Someone who is intelligent, who can take his baseline grumpiness in stride and doesn't mind that he doesn't smile all that often; someone who will know that even if he never says 'I love you' in words, they will understand it in his actions; someone worth trusting and following to the edges of the known world.
