He's hacking up a lung and generally crankier than usual and staying in bed for the next two days drinking tea and sleeping and probably not going to be the most pleasant person to interact with, so approach at your own risk.]

Lemon, hot water, honey. Lemons have a lot of vitamin C, which is good for your immune system, honey cuts down the sourness but is also good for your immune system too.

A type of fruit, citrus. Very sour, but the juice is good for flavoring and drinks if you dilute it or mix it with something.

There's two types of cereal; the overly sugary stuff that's usually aimed at kids or cereal that's focused more on a variety of grains and something closer to healthy.

Personally, I like both types, but to each their own. I'll hook you up with Cheerios. Good snack out in the field too.
