That is something he's noticed - the stories that Finnick has already told him, children fighting one another to the death doesn't leave some benign marks on your body. Even Levi, with all of his prowess and competency in battle, can't control or dodge everything. Especially in close combat, injuries are that much more likely. But at first glance, aside from those burn marks, Finnick's skin is...remarkably clean.

Perhaps he is staring a bit now, watching that easy confidence in the way he moves as he slips gracefully into the water. It's ever clear that it's really where he's meant to be, perhaps much in the way Levi is meant to soar through the sky. It's good to see, almost as though the water itself is welcoming him in, and Levi drifts closer, drawn in by the smile and that sound, carefully skirting along the edge and away from the deeper part of the pool at first.

"Gonna have to make you bring us out here more often," he mutters, voice low as he settles next to the larger man. "Easier now with that boat."
